Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the parts to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
